QUESTION: Why do you want to work for this company?
I’ve heard its a pleasure to work for this company
Its a busy company I can keep busy in
DON’T SAY - for the money
QUESTION: Previous work history?
Don't tell them you were fired unless you say you learnt from it.
And that you want to give it another go
What if there are gaps in working life?
Disclosure of health issues
Always be honest and real about who you are.
QUESTION: What skill set did you develop in previous jobs?
List these and add that you are keen to learn more.
QUESTION: why have you moved on from previous jobs?
After 5 years I needed a change
The company didn't suit me.
The company closed down
DO NOT bag out the previous place you worked
QUESTION: What are your strengths & weaknesses?
State whatever your weakness is and that you are working on improving it.
Your ATTITUDE!!
Be upbeat and positive

Slow down the interview
Research the company
Ask some smart questions - philosophy of business.
Interview them to know more about the company - skills learnt here, is there training?
AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW
Ask: is there anything I can tell you that will make me get this job
When will you tell me your decision?
Will you ring me and give me feedback?
