Online Job Applications

Today on Lets Get Working I would like to discuss online job applications.

Many places offer you the opportunity of applying to work for their business online.

It is a good idea, if possible, to print out their questions and give them some thought before you go ahead and rush to answer them. The more thought you put into your answers, the better chance you will have for an interview.

Research the position they are offering, as well as what the business might expect in an applicant.

You will also need to have your resume and possibly a cover letter in a word or PDF format.

As online applications are relatively new, it is good to also ring head office and ask if the received your application and when you may hear from them

At times, you may not hear from the company for months and so it is important to apply to as many as possible to keep your options open.
