It is really important in an interview to show them that you are:
1. Focused - Be focused on the job you are applying for. Do your research on what the company does as well as what is involved in the job you are applying for.Eliminate distractions, such as, your mobile phone and your social life
2. Stable - Show them in the interview that you are mentally, emotionally and physically stable and don’t get angry at the drop of a hat and you are healthy and fit to workAppear confident and calm in your interview.Don’t share bad experiences about past jobs.Show them that you can be dependable and relied upon.
3. Profitable - Understand how the business makes money and share how you can help increase profitability by doing a quick, accurate job, looking after the customers well, etc.
As you can see focus, stability and profitability are important for an employer to see in a potential employee in order to give them a job so communicating these in an interview is essential.
