3 Ways to Boost Your Energy

When we are looking for a job we often feel sluggish and lethargic because we have all day to apply for those jobs so it is really important to set up a daily schedule for yourself so you can stay energetic throughout the day.
A few ways that can help boost your energy may include:
1. Go for a walk Around the Block – a brisk 10-minute walk not only increased energy, but the effects lasted up to two hours. So after the 10 minute walk you may be ready to apply for those jobs...
2. Don't Skip Breakfast -- or Any Other Meal - Those who eat breakfast report being in a better mood, and have more energy throughout the day. It may also put you in the mood to get working on ringing that potential employer.
3. Drink More Water - Sometimes, even slight dehydration can leave you feeling tired and lethargic. A tall, cool glass of water may boost your energy, clear your mind and help you work through your ‘to do list’.
