I am starting a new series on Lets Get Working where I will be interviewing clients who were unemployed, have gone through NOVA Employment as job seekers and are now employed.

I think by far, NOVA does an exceptional job of getting people working.

The first question you need to ask yourself however, is: Do you really want to work?

If your answer is ‘yes’, then I believe that the process you go through with NOVA is not only safe but also teaches you skills that could possibly help you get your own job in the future.

The process NOVA uses is:

An initial interview with the Outlet Manager

A job seeking course to teach you how to prepare for work

Meetings with an Employment Consultant to work together on preparing for work, looking for work and getting that work

Ongoing support while at work

While NOVA helps you look for work, you are part of the process every step of the way and you can see the process along the way.

You never know, I could be interviewing you on your work life and how the process at NOVA worked for you.
