Today on Lets Get Working I would like to discuss how finding a job when you have a disability is also your responsibility.

In order to find a job when you have a disability, it is important to use more creativity and resourcefulness.

It is also important to remember that having a person with a disability working in any business, providing it’s the right fit, is an asset as you probably bring into the work culture a can-do attitude and innovative ideas on how you work that inspires other colleagues to do better.
