How to Get a Job – Understanding the Job Market

Today on Lets Get Working I will be looking at Understanding the Job Market to help you get that job.

Try making a list of work-related skills you have and would like to learn.

1. How are you going to become a better person?

Can you handle and organise information to come up with good solutions?

Are you computer literate?

Can you speak and write effectively?

Are you a team player and can you work well with others?

2. Research the company you are applying to work at.

Research as much as you can about the company so that you can know how their heart beats, who started it? what they do? and who their customers are?

If it is a retail shop – go visit some of the shops and talk to their employees.
