How to Overcome Tiredness while looking for work
Friday, October 25, 2013Today on Lets Get Working I would like to talk about tiredness whilst looking for a job and how to overcome this.
Its very common to feel tired when you don’t have much to do or you are feeling stressed over looking for a job or you a feeling depressed.
Here are some tips that may help you fight the tiredness and get you feeling motivated.
Get Moving - Exercise can give your body an energy boost and get you feeling better both mentally and physically.
Get Some Sun - Fresh air and sunlight help to clear the mind and rejuvenate the body. Don’t forget to take some deep breaths while you are out there!
Drink Some Water - When you are dehydrated you will feel tired. Water rehydrates you and helps get rid of unwanted toxins in the body and gives you an energy boost. Splashing cold water on your face will also help.
Eat the Good Stuff - Eating good food every 3 to 4 hours will help you have energy. Fresh, fruits, vegetables, seeds and grains is the way to go.
Write it Down and Let it Go - Write down what is bothering you or what you have to do later and let it go. Move on to something fun for a while in order to rejuvenate and keep your energy.
