Interview Questions - Part 3
Friday, May 16, 2014Today on Lets Get Working, I have another Interview Question to discuss how to answer.
The question is:
“Why do you want to work for this company?”It’s important to do some research before you go to the interview to find out about the company you may be working for. You need to find out:
How big is the company? How long has it been running for? What it sells?Who are their customers? What culture it has? (eg. Formal, informal, European, Australian, etc.)You can find out a lot of this information off the internet or if you know someone that works there, all the better.
You then need to add the research, your character and skills set when answering this question.
For example:
As a hard working person that has an interest in fashion I would like to work for your company now and in years to come as I believe in your line of clothing, how it is ethically made and how you cater to the student as well as the high end worker through your different priced clothing that caters to formal and informal occasions.
Until next time,
Enjoy the journey!
Martha!
