Interview Questions - Part 4
Friday, May 23, 2014Today on Lets Get Working, I have the last Interview Question we will answer in this series.
The question is:
“What do you think this position involves?”Whatever the position is it is good to research what this involves. You can do this by looking at the Job Ad and also by going to: http://www.jobguide.thegoodguides.com.au/ and clicking on 'Search the Job Guide'

If we were to look up ‘Sales Assistant’ it would show the duties and tasks carried out by them.
In your answer it is always important to mention the tasks that need to be done in the shop, for the customer, for your boss and how you plan to use your skill set and character to get the job done.
For example:
I plan to follow procedures, keep the shop in a neat manner, serve all customers fairly and with a smile, work well in my team and make sure my boss is happy with my work.
