Today on Lets Get Working I would like to share some Interview Quick Tips with you that may help you land that job!

Its really important to get prepared the day before the interview if possible.

Get a hair cut if you need to

Make sure the clothes you are wearing to the interview are freshly washed and ironed

Make sure your shoes are in good condition and that they are clean

Make sure you know where you have to go for the interview – go find the street and building, see how long it takes to get there and do your trip planning if you are using public transport to get there.

Have your portfolio in order and ready to present

Have 1 or 2 copies of your resume on hand in case they would like another copy.

The day of the interview:

Wake up early so you have plenty of time to get ready

Eat a good breakfast

Take your portfolio and resume with you

Take the phone number of the business with you in case there are any traffic issues

Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early so you have time to relax and gather your thoughts.

Don’t forget to smile, make eye contact and shake hands with those that are interviewing you. It may be 1 person or a panel.
