Interviewing Mentors Conclusion

Today on Lets Get Working I want to conclude the series on mentors by summarising what I learnt from interviewing the mentors who have gone through NOVA and have been successful in gaining employment.

The mentors have shared that:

NOVA has been very helpful and supportive in helping them find the right work for them. If a job has not been the right fit, then they have looked for another job.

The ongoing support that NOVA provides has been helpful.

Work has led to better self-esteem

Work has given them financial goals to set, like holidays or buying a car

Work has given them something to wake up for in the morning

Work is fun!
