Skill 3 - Teamwork
Friday, December 5, 2014Today on Lets Get Working I’d like to discuss Teamwork. I have talked about teamwork in previous blogs so I probably won’t delve into it so much today.
However, there are a few things I would like you to think about when it comes to teamwork.
We all use teamwork in our day to day lives. Teamwork is about being responsible – doing what you say you will do as well as what others ask you to do.Teamwork needs you to be able to manage yourself in order to be on time and get things done on time.Teamwork is also about delegating due to time restriction or area of expertise – if you can’t do a task, ask someone else to do itTeamwork helps build positive working relationships through cooperation.Teamwork helps achieve goals and business objectives.I hope this video gives you some ideas to think about in the skill of teamwork.
