Skill 4 – Negotiation & Persuasion
Friday, December 12, 2014Today on Lets Get Working, we are up to skill number four, which is, Negotiation and Persuasion.
In order to negotiate what you want you have to have a clear idea in your mind of what you want the final outcome to be.
You then have to explain the steps that are required in order to reach your goal. It is really important to make sure that the other person understands each step so they can remain with you on the journey towards your goal.
If you run ahead, miss a few step in your excitement, the negotiation process may be lost or killed and you may lose your ability to persuade the other person of your great idea.
It is also important that in the process of Negotiation and Persuasion that everyone feels as though they have won!
