When you are feeling unsettled or discouraged and feel like quitting, remember how tough it was to find a job in the first place.
It is important to stay motivated and stay focused on your goals in order to push through.
Doubt is a big reason for losing motivation so it is important to understand why you are doubting yourself.
It is important to prevent being doubtful by:
Being prepared – prepare, prepare, prepare! Don’t procrastinate – hit the ground running. If you have some concerns, talk to someone about it!I’m sure your boss would much rather you ask for help than do a poor job.Build relationships with your work colleagues as they can act as a sounding board for you.The best way to stay motivated is to believe in yourself. No matter what the odds are against you, believe in yourself.
