Where do you stand after an interview

Today on Lets Get Working, I’d like to talk about how you might know where you stand after an interview.

When you go to an interview it is really important to sell yourself well and be prepared. You can look in are archives to find lots of information on interview questions.

When it comes to you asking the interviewer some questions, there are two really great questions you can ask:

1. How well do I fit the profile of the person you are looking for to fill this position and is there anything else I can tell you that would give me the job?

This will get them thinking about what else they need from you and it may be the deal clincher.

2. What are the next steps in the hiring process and when will you be making your decision?

Its good to know how long the hiring process is going to take so you know where you stand.
